SATCOM
Turnkey product sales/engineering support – conceptualization through activation – for marine satellite communications transmit/receive (Tx/Rx) and television-receive only (TVRO) systems under OEM agreement to Orbit Communication Systems, Inc. Also, VSD is the integration certification and depot repair organization for the Television-Direct to Sailors (TV-DTS) Antenna System.

VSD provides a wide variety of engineering and technical support services for
communications and other electronic suites of equipment, systems, and components
with an emphasis on maritime applications within Government and Commercial sectors.

TVRO entertainment system enhancement – KU-Band DBS channel expansion

Master Schedules (IMS)
Our integrated schedule effectively maps major program events, considerable accomplishments leading to those events, the criteria for completing the accomplishments, and the detailed tasks necessary to complete the criteria. VSD’s experience in defense acquisition and development in addition to the use of integrated schedules makes us leaders in this area for both government and commercial use.
