VSD LLC offers its eligible employees the options to enroll into several company partially paid benefit programs, which include health insurance (HMO & PPO), dental insurance (PPO), supplemental accident, cancer and hospital confinement policies, flexible benefits. For eligible employees the Company pays fully for short term disability, long term disability and a $100,000 life insurance policy. VSD LLC matches 4% of an eligible employee’s gross salary in its 401(K) Plan. And there is no vesting schedule in the Plan; all participants are fully vested when they join the Plan.
